This role will focus on providing staff recruiting services as astrategic partner for the Boulder campus. Wecontribute leadership, ideas, and services that allow each person –whether an individual contributor or manager; a member of thefaculty or staff – to do what they do…better.What Your Key Responsibilities Will BeProfessional Recruiting ServicesProvide professional guidance and oversight to campus managersand departments throughout the recruiting process from start tofinish.Coordinate all the hiring steps, including initiating strategymeetings with departmental managers to discuss recruiting needs andeffective strategies.Build an appropriate recruitment plan with the hiringsupervisor including timelines and a strategic plan for allparticipants in the search process.Create defensible recruiting processes based on valid andreliable, objective criteria; draft the job announcement, developstrong and relevant job qualifications.Create job related online application questions; approve andpost positions through our applicant tracking system, providingguidance and coordination on additional outreach and advertising;actively source talent when necessary.Screen applications against qualifications.Develop, administer, or coordinate a job-related assessmentprocess.Evaluate candidate interviews against job-specific competenciesand qualifications.Provide strong candidate care by ensuring timely and relevantcommunication.Offer expertise in the areas of assessment, interviewing,reference checking, and making an offer.Provide continual customer service and communication updatesfor each step in the process.Provide training to various constituents on all facets ofrecruiting and hiring. What We Can OfferStarting salary for this position is $54,000. What You Should KnowThis position will initially support high volume positions ie:Accounting Tech, Admin Assistant, Dining Services, Custodian, SalesAssistant as well as temporary openings.We are currently working in a remote work environment, and weare anticipating this position beginning in a remote environment.While the timing may shift, we anticipate moving to a primarilyin-person environment later in the summer.
