Event/Meeting Coordination (10%) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Responsible for the security, integrity, and accuracy ofstudent academic records. Oversees creation of new student filesand maintenance of physical and digital student files, includingcoordinating with record archives and the Admissions Office.Ensures compliance with FERPA as it relates to studentrecords.Processes address, legal/chosen name, and gender changes instudent information system, careful to collect appropriate recordsaccording to college policy.Processes grade changes, course waivers, substitutions,exceptions and transfer credits, maintaining thorough and accuraterecords.
